Return Policy

At Purerb, we are committed to providing the best skincare solutions on the market so that you can experience healthier, more beautiful-looking skin. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping fees).

To start a return, you can contact us at info@purerbskincare.com. Please return your PurErb product(s) within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns after 90 days will be issued company credit. We reserve the right to not accept a return and charge a 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To return your product purchased from purerbbeauty.com:

1. Please email us at info@purerbbeauty.com. Please be sure to include the order number and the reason for return.

2. You will receive an email with a shipping label to be used for the return.

3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed. A credit should appear on your bank statement within 2 full billing cycles.

4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Please note that merchandise not purchased directly from info@purerbbeauty.com is not eligible for a refund and should be returned to the original place of purchase.
